IntelliBridge COO Shares Industry Thought-Leadership on Acquisition Matters

MCLEAN, Va. – November 10, 2020 – IntelliBridge, a proven partner in accelerating the missions of our Defense, Civilian, and National Security clients, has a long history of providing unique solutions built on deep institutional understanding of the challenges that face federal clients. In this trusted legacy of value-added partnerships, IntelliBridge COO, Alan Thomas has been actively participating in industry dialogue over the course of this year.

Prior to his position with IntelliBridge, Thomas served as Commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration (GSA). Cass Panciocco, IntelliBridge President and CEO said, “Alan’s unique experience as an influential member of GSA provides him with a perspective on federal contracting and acquisition, that is unlike his peers in the industry. We’ve already seen the advantage of that point of view as it’s improved our customer relationships and driven positive change with our clients.”

Thomas started with IntelliBridge in November of 2019 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in March of this year. Immediately following his promotion, he set about establishing IntelliBridge as an industry thought-leader on unique procurement and acquisition solutions. At the beginning of July, Thomas shared his perspective on consumption-based pricing in a Federal cloud-computing environment during an episode of Government Matters.

This Fall has been increasingly busy for Thomas. On October 21, as part of the PSC Annual Conference, he moderated a virtual panel of federal acquisition thought leaders addressing the individual and collective challenges faced by agencies, services, and technology contractors.

In the beginning of November, he spoke with Government Matters on the re-award by GSA of an important cloud solution, the $4.4 Billion Defense Enterprise Office Solutions contract. The following week he spoke with Federal News Network Executive Editor Jason Miller on the impact and importance of the Technology Modernization Fund. More information on Thomas’ recent contributions to industry dialogue can be found in IntelliBridge web releases or on the company’s social media platforms.
