McLean, VA — August 31, 2018 – Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC, a Federal systems integrator delivering transformational technology solutions, has announced an expansion to its leadership team, adding Joanie Barr as Senior Vice President of Technology and Solutions for the company. In this capacity, Barr reports to Trowbridge Chief Operating Officer Cass Panciocco and will leverage more than 30 years of industry experience to provide leadership and oversight to advance and capitalize on the solution offerings within Trowbridge’s capabilities.
Trowbridge President and CEO, Karen Trowbridge, said, “With Joanie’s extensive experience managing delivery of technical and professional services to Federal Government customers, she will focus on the company’s technology strategy and solution architecture practice aligning our best practices and technology into solutions that deliver on customer requirements.” Barr will also oversee the Trowbridge proposal development process and operations.

Barr was most recently the Group Manager and Vice President responsible for delivery for Federal Health programs for the ASRC Federal’s Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) group. In that role, she led capture and proposal efforts to secure more than $150M in contracts for new and expanded ASRC Federal business within the Federal Health market, primarily in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Military Health System (MHS). She previously held senior leadership positions at Data Networks Corporation and at ManTech International; along with a variety of other Federal Government technology service providers, leading each to new levels of growth and success.
